In accordance with the article 13 paragraph 1 & 2 of RODO/GDPR I hereby inform you:

1. Ośrodek HR i Usług Lingwistycznych Ryszard Sobiechowski of ul. Dworcowa 81, 85-009 Bydgoszcz, Poland (Agent) is the Controller of your personal data.
2. Controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
3. Your personal data will processed in relation to the agreement with Agent, your recruitment process and your application for work in Ireland based on the regulations of the Polish civil code and EU laws.
4. Your future Ośrodek HR i Usług Lingwistycznych Ryszard Sobiechowski employer will be the recipients of your personal data.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of implementation of agreement and duration of any claims associated with it.
7. Have the right to access, rectify, add more details to your personal data as well as the right to object to processing. In relation to your personal data whose provision is voluntary – you have the right to erase or restrict processing or movement of your data as well as withdraw (in writing) your consent for processing.
8. Have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of Data Protection if you feel that the processing of your data is in breach of GDPR rules or other data protection regulations.
9. The provision of your personal data is a requirement necessary to enter an agreement with Agent;
10. Authorized members of Agency have access to your personal data and are authorized to act as data processers.
